Gear Couplings
AniGears Gear couplings are built to last and designed for accuracy and precision. Our couplings are of exceptional torsional stiffness and very high torque density. The gear flex coupling consists of a forged sleeve with internal teeth cut on its inside. The forged sleeves are normally two halves possessing internal gears in both of them. In certain cases the forged sleeve tends to remain a single piece.
Resilient Couplings
AniGears Resilient couplings, commonly known as grid-spring couplings can absorb considerable overloads due to high torque with consequent reduction in wear and tear on plants and machinery. With the use of AniGears resilient couplings, break-down and down time in any manufacturing unit, will be minimum.
AniFlex Sleeve Couplings
AniFlex Sleeve Couplings are nylon gear couplings consisting of two steel gear hubs engaging in a sleeve of high grade plastic material. This material has superior strength and a wide operating temperature range.The ears have crowned-tooth form which permits axial and angular misalignment. The couplings have undergone extensive testing under severe load conditions. They are easy to assemble and require no maintenance or lubrication and do not emit transmission noise.
Pin Bush Couplings
AniGears Pin coupling is simple and clever in design and has wide applicability. Our couplings are designed for high torque transmission and larger angular compensation. At the same time, it has good shock absorption and buffering performance, which can be used in high-speed occasions without lubrication and requiring easy pin sleeve replacement.
Tyre Couplings
AniGears Tyre couplings are excellent in dampening vibrations generated during machinery operation. The flexible tyre element absorbs shock and torsional vibrations, minimizing stress on connected components and enhancing overall system reliability.
Essex Couplings
AniGears Essex coupling, commonly known as jaw couplings are well known because they are flexible and strong, with wide band of temperatures. It can deal with precise misalignment, reactionary loads because of misalignment, have great torque to outside diameter capability and have great speed ability, great chemical resistance and average dampening capacity.
Dual Duty Taper-Lock Pulleys
Our pulleys are as promising as our couplings. Made with high grade SG500 steel, AniGears pulleys can withstand high load capacity and high torque under tough conditions. Taper Lock Pulleys come with a Taper Lock system which can be replaced easily, reducing maintenance cost and increasing efficiency of work.
