The EA Series Gear Coupling was designed for a high power-to-weight ratio, making it the best high torque gear coupling in India for heavy machinery. It has a strong structure that transmits huge torque loads in a small space, which reduces the total overhung load on the shafts of the equipment it is coupling.
Specially designed as a gear coupling with crown teeth, the teeth on the hub's outside surface are profiled for optimised surface contact. This reduces stress concentration at the edges of the tooth in use, so that the tooth is less vulnerable to local wear and the motor has an effortless power transfer under load.
